Rolfing Structural Integration is a series of 10 to 13 bodywork and movement education sessions that are designed to align the body in gravity. Rolfers balance the whole fascia (connective tissue) of the body so that it is able to function efficiently and without pain.

People seek Rolfing for a variety of reasons. Some of the most common include:
- chronic pain in the back, neck and shoulders; often due to postural/structural problems
- repetitive stress injuries like carpal tunnel syndrome and tendonitis
- poor posture and associated problems like swayback, pigeon toes, and scoliosis
- recovery from surgeries, accidents, and injuries
- improvement in performance abilities for actors, dancers, yogis, martial artists, and athletes
- reduction of chronic tension and stress
- improved joint mobility, flexibility and range of motion
I hope this site will answer your questions about Rolfing Structural Integration. Complimentary consultations are available for new clients both in person over the phone.
